Hello! I am DORO. I study in class IV now. I love animals, birds, butterflies, fishes and all. My favourite animal is Cheetah. My favourite bird is Falcon. Cheetah is the fastest runner among the animals. Falcon is the fastest bird. This is the window through which I get to see open sky and many birds over there on our green backyard! The house sparrow is busy searching food grains left by people on a jetty of a ferry boat at Raichak. We find these sparrows everywhere. But to capture them is very difficult, you know. They do not like to sit at one place; they are always on move and looking for food or quarreling with each other.
We have added sun bird here previously. This one we found at a place near Haldia, East Midnapore. Last week end (26/12/09), we had been to Raichak, a place by the river Ganga near Bay of Bengal (in South 24 pgs district). We crossed the river by a ferry boat and took an auto rickshaw to move around for a while on the other side of the river (in East Midnapore district). There we discovered this sun bird busy sipping nectar on a bottle brush tree. 
Indian Treepie (or Asian Treepie). We call this 'Handi Chancha'! I found this constantly hopping from one branch of a fig tree to another at Panskura (West Bengal, India). It has a long tail and it makes loud music calls! (Scientific name Dendrocitta vegabunda).
A group of pigeons have gathered on the footpath for some food grains. They were found on the walk way, near a square in the city of Trieste (Italy) on a quiet Sunday afternoon.
The Indian Bats hanging from the branches of a tree at Alipore zoo in Kolkata. 
Royal Bengal Tiger, the king of Sunderban. 'Sunderban' is the mangrove forest in the south of West Bengal and Bangladesh down to Bay of Bengal. This king from Sunderban is now staying at Alipore zoo, Kolkata.
We met this group of ducks inside the Victoria Memorial complex in Kolkata. These are domestic birds. They were walking majestically on the pathway beside the pool.
